That is not a fact. The ones with the highest is the Albanian and the Southern Greeks that has 40% E1 DNA, which is an African DNA. Sicilian has 20-30% E1 DNA. Southern Italian 25-30%. Sub-Saharan African DNA is native to Central-East Africa, such as Kenya, or Somalia.
