  • Yes, that's Nora, singin' of post-Katrina New Orleans, I believe. I'm guessin' that she's referring to our then-president in regards to "admitting he's dropped the oar". BTW, one can never eat too many Apalachicola Oysters----they are a completely sustainable industry, harvested by locals today in much the same manner as previous generations!
