@spray31 Funny, I used to say the Notting hill Carnival was a game of "spot the black man" cos there are 10X more whites there than blacks. In the 1980s it used to be 50-50 blacks-whites, and it used to be lots more fun, less physical restrictions and herding by the police, more places to go, especially under the motorway flyovers, which are closed off now.
