@blackpythonsc People are asking that the ending makes no sense? The ending is actually attached to the beggining of the last "The Eye" saga the Pang brothers made called "The Eye 10". It is like a pre-quel that is in fact, the future of this movie :) I think that will clear things out! :) if u need more info go to wikipedia and read it urself, the guy behind them in the car "watches the car accident"

The reason the woman gave birth to a half dog and half human son is because she killed all her husband's dogs. Because those dogs are baking and she can't sleep. So she got angry and kills all the dogs. It's a curse. Do not kill animals when you are pregnant or else you will give birth to an animal child. The thai folklore saying....

She was a ghost because of that unfinished business thing, The ghost was choking her to death but then noticed that she was pregnant, She was feeling the baby not the boobs and she was feeling compassion because of when she died there similarity of their situations. When Lok said "Don´t kill her" it´s what end up saving them all (in that moment) because by doing that the ghost´s hatred was lifted and was able to go in peace.

seekers96 is right. The problem was solved, so the ending has no connection with the story. There must be another car following them,that's why he was pointing at the front mirror coz he sees that car behind them. As i noticed,he pointed at the mirror after he saw Rainie planning to throw the book. So the accident was on the following car. Something happened to the man, ryt? He wasnt able to speak,so he cud only point his finger at the mirror for every1 to understand what he was trying to tell.
