Look at the redhead reporter looking at her nails at 4:45 in. She couldn't care less. What an air head. RP states what he would do, then she asks him 3 seconds later what he would do. Another ditz reporter from FOX. Go Ron Paul.

Congressman Dr. Ron Paul is slipping, he called the Central Bank the most powerful branch of government, more powerful than the other three. Watch from 2:45 to 3:20. I know he didn't mean it like that but he has to remind the public that the Fed is no more federal than federal express. Ron Paul for 2012!!

He's calling it the "4th branch of government" out of sarcasm. He knows it's not a "Federal agency." He's merely commenting on how much power they have and how they operate as if they are not governed by the law.

I agree with rcuomo, RP was not saying it is a fed agency, he is saying they seem to have lots more power cause how the system is.
I found it funny that when he wanted to say the system, fox wanted to make it look as if it were a democratic thing, never wanting to say the republicans were also at fault.
