I think this is a Nazi propaganda clip showing the aggressive Russian with tanks and planes.  Heroic Nazi with no heavy weapons shoots the Russian foot soldier on top of the tank at 1:37 and later blow the tank up with a land mine. They cheer Erika, or whatever? LOL.
