  • "Marc and Gloria were meant to be,

    surviving all possibilities.

His life with June was just a start,

it was inevitable that they would part.

Marc had to grow and also move on

we hear this in his many songs.

So long live Marc wherever he may be

He did fulfil his own prophecy.

He left us at 30, just as he said

Deep inside us all, Marc's not really dead!"

  • shes so much more genuine than gloria. its because shes not got anything to prove or deny. unlike gloria who takes every given op to point out the crash was an accident. she just always seems so fake, the moments june talks about are lovely... glorias seem like shes clutching at straws and making a bigger deal out of everything. marc loved june, he just got abit lost and confused along the way

  • Why did Marc never wear a wedding ring??Or wasn't it common these days? Or did he put it off for the purpose of projecting the stud who could have every girl he wanted??

  • I thought I was watching a one hour documentary on Marc Bolan. So why the hell do have to endure about 59 minutes worth of having to listen to June? She's boring. I tuned in for some charisma and presence. She has none of either.

  • We can see that June truly loved him and how much she missed Marc. It is so sad. She never stopped loving him.

  • Aren't I hearing violins in the background, where are they on stage?

  • With all due respect, Marc was both a genius and a fantastic guitar player. ;)

All of his work is utterly ground breaking, the real question is "Was he just ahead of his time, playing and loving an unreceptive audience?" To this question, we must answer a sound "YES!"

    Never forget Marc's amazing legacy.

  • What is that off-key background singing warbling I hear? Is it Gloria? I know that kind of noise belongs on a Bolan record. I notice it coincides with the downward spiral of Marc's music success.

  • During the time of his media saturation, it was easy to dismiss singles like Solid Gold Easy Action, Children Of The Revolution and The Groover as retreading familiar ground, but all these years later they stand up as great singles. Marc may have not been a genius or a fantastic guitar player, but in his prime he really made some really excellent music.
