I'm not disputing anything to do with the upload date, I'm just saying this video seems more like what you would call a home movie. I'm not saying you aren't the first vlogger, for all I know you could be. What I am saying is it's more likely that the first vlog occured in a year where high speed was more common. I'm just saying vlogging wasn't even conceptualized in 1991.
This seems more like a home movie(at least that's what we called them when I was a child) rather than a vlog. The reason I say this is because vlog is an abbreviation of Video Blogging, which has an online audience. Back in '91 I think we had a 14.4k modem and we would never jump online to watch a video. I'd say the first vloggers would have probably started when high speed(DSL/Cabel) became more common.
