@bleachpudding It doesnt man, people here must understand that there are more phytochemicals ,antioxidants and enzymes in fresh fruit & vegetables then in so called 'superfood' wich has little content whatsoever, being dried and shipped across the country leaving very few alive nutrients left. Dont let your wallet get plundered, eat the vegan lifestyle, but dump the superfoods, all thy do is steal your money, If you donit believe me take a piece of fruit to the lab nd take superfood for analysis
