I got this for a penny through the at&t site for my mom. Last week they had it for a penny with free shipping for only 24 hours. It arrived the next day. After using, I still prefer my motorola atrix 2 bc this lags and us a little slow. Plus the display was huge and bright but showed pixels unlike my atrix. For a penny tho, can't complain.

Companies like (HTC,Samsung,Motorola) feel that one of the best ways to compete with IPhone is to have larger screens instead of focusing on innovative features in their phones. Samsung is coming out with a new phone called "SAMSUNG NOTE" 5.3" AMOLED screen when does it stop being a phone & start being a laptop/tablet. Look it up on Youtube. Circus freak show.

@kronosdb I agree. They use the big screen as a selling point but I agree that they are going too far. I have an HTC phone and Android with Sense UI is faaaaaaaaaar superior to Apple iOS (of course, this is my opinion), so they don't even need to use huge screens as a major selling point. Android just needs to do better at marketing because most people still think that Apple iOS is far superior to Android OS when that is definitely not the case.

First off the On and Off switch SUCKS!!! It's in the WORST place possible. Media hub sucks!!! LOL. $17 bucks for a download? HUH?. There is no 4G folks!!! But I purchased this phone and it's great. Battery lasts a long time but who cares, you can change it easily unlike other brands. Speed within the handheld is instant. Picture is Perfect. There is a learning curve buit all in all this is a great phone.

I traded my iphone 4 for this phone this is my first android phone im a iphone user since the iphone first came out my phone has always been jailbroken after geting used to this phone for the last week I can say without being biased that it's refreshing not to have to fck with itunes and just drag n drop files I realize now all my iphone ever was was a pretty app launcher and nothing more my only complaint is I miss netflix....phone also feels very cheap and youtube hd videos are CRAP! Cont. The atrix is also very cheaply made. The back is plastic whereas the inspire is all metal. And the camera on the inspire is great. The only downsides of the inspire are not having a front camera and the battery life. On the atrix they are: the phone feels cheap, the cameras don't take good pictures at all and the finger print scanner is a gimmick also the battery rapidly degraded on the atrix if you ever let it die you will lose maximum battery charge gradually. Hope this helps.

@systemofachan. Well I've had the atrix and the inspire so let me try to help. The inspire is a damn sexy phone. It's big its very very well built its fast and very capable. The atrix has a dual core processor which is not noticeably faster than the inspire but it does have the front facing camera. On the atrix neither the front nor the back camera are good. They are grainy. The finger print scanner on the atrix will get on your nerves more than it will be useful. It's a nice party trick though.

Kinda caught up between this, the Inspire and the Atrix. I love the super AmoLED display. Between the 3, the Infuse has true contrast which is of course why you'd go with an HD LED screen (super amoLED), the Inspire which possesses true color HD LCD, and the Atrix is pure power. Incredible display vs. incredible power..tough decision.

samsung's super amoled screens look over-saturated with color almost to the point where the images are blurring because the color is so saturated. i don't like it. i think "super amoled" is a useless technology. i'd rather just have a normal screen than a super amoled one.
