the narration in al-bidayah wa nihayah...abt muawiyah cursing ali ..one of the narrators is abi mikhnaf...and he is shiite...(shhite the liar again!), by the way..in bidayah wa nihayah itself reported.

Sahih Muslim, Book 31: Chapter 4: Number 5915:

"This hadith has been narrated. on the authority of Shu'ba with the same chain of transmitters. Amir b. Sa'd b. Abi Waqqas reported on the authority of his father that? Muawiya b. Abi Sufyin appointed Sa'd as the Governor and said:? What prevents you from abusing Abu Turab (Hadrat 'Ali), whereupon be said:_ _ _ _ _"

In her letter Umm Salama [ra] the wife of the Prophet (saw) wrote to Muawiya:

"...You are cursing Allah and His messenger on your pulpit and that is because you are cursing Ali Ibn Abi Talib

and whomever loves him, and I am a witness that Allah and His messenger loved him." But no one paid any attention

to what she said.

Ibn Kathir in al Bidayah records that one unlawful & outrageous practice started by Mu'awiya was that he & his governors

would curse Ali during the Friday sermon from the Imam's position.This took such an extreme that this practised place in

the Mosque of the Prophet, in front of the grave of the Prophet, the cursing of the most beloved relative would take

place,in? the presence of 'Ali's family who would hear this abuse with their own ears

And AS ALI(AS) SAID; They just do not know what they will face after their death,if they knew,they would wish not to have been BORN AT ALL.
