Nice! the second engine was ATSF 3751. It ran to San Diego from Los angeles, CA last weekend. Now it's running this saturday and sunday between Los Angeles and San Bernardino, CA.

Nice video and a great location, the "bums" at the Grand Canyon Railroad are known as Xantera Corp. As of Labor Day 2008 they had effectively KILLED all steam operation on the GCRY. Was hopping to see this event repeated time and time again but no. Glad you were there to get it for the rest of us!

Rest in peace CB&Q(GCRy) 4960. The bums at Grand Canyon sidelined her and LS&I 29. 18 went to the San Luis in Colorado. 19 was sold and 20? I dunno. The 3751 is an AWESOME machine.
