Mars Retrograde in Virgo: November 2011 - July 2012(Part II All Houses)

Big time implications for the soul's development. You've probably realized that the South Node is quite formidable, maybe more than expected, but it will take some lumps when you go soft or let your guard down. Gotta keep rising to the occasion. @CDanielzSpecialist Yes, to not "let your guard down" is very poignant here, because my South Node is conjunct my Descendant, by less than 2 degrees. Very sensitive point for me. Natally my mars is in Scorpio in the 8th conjunct Pluto. Frankly... I am in a legal battle with a sociopath. I had a protective order against stalking issued, and will see how it plays out. Interestingly...the individual is a Virgo, with Venus conjunct my Descendant. I will certainly have to keep my guard up right now.

I realize a lot of that is personal, the only thing I have to add is about immediate events happening in connection with a planetary aspect. They absolutely do, I call them "signature" events and everybody should look for, identify, and catalog them. But it's also an ongoing process. With something like Mars for instance, only some of it's potential comes with the signature event, but as we continue to

Maybe initially it's exhilerating(a Mars theme)then as time goes on various conflicts arise or vice versa. A person won't necesarrily get into an arguement right at the moment of a Venus aspect, but will for certain within a few weeks stemming from the signature event. By the time all potential is exhausted it will be time for the return event.

We have full blown synastries with events which are so as long as we exist. Much the way electrons exist in both particle and wave form that's how celestial bodies operate. I'm sure you've noticed that around these parts people can't come to grips with that. They think Saturn won't be relevent once it has cleared their natal planets for ex.

It comes from this archaic and misguided notion that some things, like Saturn are just bad while Jupiter for example is here to save the day. In all instances we ourselves aren't just dealing with them but actually playing one of their preordained roles. Everybody just has to figure out...

Whatever a person doesn't like or dreads about an upcoming aspect involving another body, their challenge is to learn and work with the part that is most desirable to turn it against the dislikable part. There is not way to be something entirely foreign but yet affected by a celestial body in a strictly physical fashion.

So i found myself finally and will be using this to better my and others lives. One thing I came up with on my own that I tell people who know nothing beyond there sun sign I felt. Is that astrology teaches that things happen through you rather than to you, I will take this to every job interview i go on now. Every connection, no more things happening from outside of myself. I choose these criteria and circumstances before I got here. So i cant be so sad as I was before my 1st saturn return.

House ties into that for me, issues reguarding my mother rejecting me and alot of the system that is supposed to protect children ends up harming them. its very true. The childhood always on the defense approach ain't working anymore, its affecting my self worth, which touches everything else. I didn't know mars was so simultaneous though. Good to remember for me. About the 3rd video, its so true and im really happy to find we agree naturally on alot, because I dont see retrogrades as bad, there challenges and we need them in order to evolve properly. and that ties into the thing you were saying about war mentality. Stupid ipad not used to this key pad, my virgo is in the second, with mars natal also. But the dispositor stuff i have to learn. And mars in the 9th was true for me as i have aries there. Ive been very dicriminating about anything throwing me off of astrology. that could be one of your challenges with this upcoming transit, you are a big priorty with this mars thing with three returns within close succession. One challenge is to better define the mechanisms behind the conflicts which can be integrated into the productive method to move forward you seek. That's a Virgo theme to be more attentive to the details of what is happening.

There are definitly internal conflicts but I can never say or ever put my finger on it they are just always there and I have to move on I use those forces to drive myself forward as a catalyst. I guess that is the good thing about having a natal mars in virgo?

Maybe trying to position yourself or be a candidate for something, brushing up skills, trying together loose-ends...

@09251987Libran the effects should be generally as indicated for Mars Virgo House 1 in this video, but I recommend using equal house which most software with a default doesn't so there might be a descrepancy for you as far as which parts overlap. Th degre of the ascendant will detrmine how much of Vrgo and therfor Mars will hit Hous1. One way or anthr the next 10 months or so will go down as a crash course in rediscovring elemnts of your indvidualty and facing challnges to personal development.

im sorry i dont know how i came up with 7, but mars in virgo, jupiter in virgo, saturn in virgo, moon node in virgo. at the same time pluto transitting capricorn 10 degrees in my sun, my acendant sagittarius is going to experience an eclipse, im starting feel some serious pressure, with the sun turning a new age its in my 1st house, its really changing a few things around physically, not sure if i can survive all this, you should only know the things that i juggle, thanks for letting me vent lol

If I'm nt mistaken there's a mutual reception between Mercury in Capricorn and Saturn in Virgo which embodies just about all the rest of your horoscope. Plus Mars just crossed a Node and is about to return. If you are feeling pressure now, initially the Mars return might offer relief and a feeling of control. But that's short term the familiar battles often return in the aftermath. My bet is that you want to survive and will.

thanks for doing this video, virgo appears in 7 places in my chart, you are so right about seeking that info on yourself and your potential, i find myself studying the house, the planet ect in detail, to see what might apply to my life and sort of analyze my dreams to see what physical changes are happening in my world

@StarBoy19801 you mean 7 planets and/or luminaries were in Virgo. You got the right idea about how to go about things. Watch for synchronicities with dreams or otherwise, document them. The cosmos bring concepts into alignment which is why they with no other apparent reason are linked in multiple places at once simultaneously. That's why you can dream something random, and then experience it. Happens all the time, every day.
