My father shared the beauty of Southeastern Oklahoma with me and my brother back in the early 60's. Just a great video! I really think the state of Oklahoma is missing out by not advertising this area as a good fall,spring and even winter vacation area. Wouldn't want too much as that could take away some of its charm! There are some peaks in the Ouchitah that exceed 1500 feet above the ground. Rich Mountain in Ok. is 2600 ft and Magazine Mountain in Ark. is over 2700 ft above sea level!

i have moved from oklahoma to florida and its the first of fall. i so enjoyed this trip....i don't think they have fall here!
