Well, sorry to bust your buuble, But I'm lesbian because I'm not attracted to the opposite gender. And besides, there are too many of us around for that "logic" to work.

I'm a lesbian, and have had men approach me...but that hasn't worked out. Hmm...possibly because I'm not attracted to men? (My sexuality has nothing to do with not having the opposite gender attracted to me, but with me being attracted to women.) I hope you've grown up a bit since posting that comment.

I believe in your statement. I am straight, and am totally supportive of the gay community. I have no close relations to anyone, except for maybe a gay second cousin who i met once in a vacation in fifth grade. Personally, discrimination is a waste of time. There is no diference between rasism and homophobia. They are both wrong, and sadly, parts of the world still happen to be ignorant and scared of standing up for whats right.

Sissy63, I dont think thats the only reason why she supports the dinner. Just because she has a closer relation to a gay, doesnt mean that she's obligated just for that reason. Even without close relations to someone, you could still be totally supportive. I believe that even if she didnt have a brother, she would still think the way she does.
