The way I would do this would be one or two weeks of the month, on the days you train chest, and do it in a super set. So, dumbbell press, no rest, dumbbell flys, again with no rest, do this exercise. Rest 1-2 min and repeat x3.
I just tried it and I have to say that you really feel the shock in the pecs when your hands hit the ground and ball at the same time. Great workout dude!

lol, he huffs and puffs doing them. i did 20 today as a warm-up to my chest training. Guess the Anavar isnt exactly cutting the lactic acid for him.
