  • lol, he huffs and puffs doing them. i did 20 today as a warm-up to my chest training. Guess the Anavar isnt exactly cutting the lactic acid for him.

    The way I would do this would be one or two weeks of the month, on the days you train chest, and do it in a super set. So, dumbbell press, no rest, dumbbell flys, again with no rest, do this exercise. Rest 1-2 min and repeat x3.

  • @jason08l4u2 nope he did 5 reps, left hand and then to the right hand is one rep i believe. its a 1-1 count

  • I just tried it and I have to say that you really feel the shock in the pecs when your hands hit the ground and ball at the same time.  Great workout dude!
