I wish someone ( a tv channel) would pay me to do these as we squeeze them in when we are on holiday our plan at some point is to do a tour of Turkey and film as we go the local dishes and specialities.. Thanks for the positive response as you can see some of the videos have had over 25,000 hits so we must be doing something right its great that you are having a go yourself at the dishes, my favourite to make if the courgette fritters
