Even though I'm 20, I watched Oliver Postgate stuff as a kid because I had trouble getting up later than 5:00 in the morning, which was the time that these were shown on channel 4.

... come to think of it maybe these shows are what kept me getting up so early!

I'm 15 and I watched The Clangers as a child, and also Ivor the engine, nog in the nog also. (I have recently learnt how to play the theme tune for Ivor the Engine on my bassoon... Was rather pleased that I worked it out.)

I think we may have it on video. I just couldn't get enough of them. I used to know this particular episode of by heart. I have great memories watching this.
