It's probably rated 16+ because of the blood and gore. I think maybe 13 or 14+ would be ok. If there was no blood and gore, it may lower than that. You can always turn it off to make it appropiate for younger ones.

Haha thanks. The only aspects I didn't understand (due to first time playing in this video and not reading instructions) were upgrading classes and repairing stuff, but I got it all down now.

It's not as simple as I thought it would be from watching previews, but it's definitely not complicated. Nice balance between the two I suppose.
