I actually had a really tough time with this guy. Every time he would hit me with his god damn axe it would knock me off the edge. Drove me nuts until I finally got him staggered and he fell down. Fight was basically over after that.

Agreed. This guy actually isn't hard at all, he would be easy if the fight didn't take place on the bridge. Every time he gets a good hit on me he knocked me off. I'm trying to beat him on ng+ now... its still hard cuz he keeps knocking me off the edge.

Hmmm ... noet easiest boss for me :D. First try, immediate knock off ! ... but took me like 10+ tries, He's not hard no, but the area is tricky if you're not careful. Got him though, is what matters. Nice tip on those legs, should've known though, since he's like Tower Knight part 2 :P.

easiest boss so far for me, beat him first try. equip that rusted ring that you get in the fortress if you're having problems with falling off.

Def. one of the easiest bosses on my playthrough i was lucky enough to get a black knight sword(not greatsword) and i got that thing to +5 lets just say 3 swings he staggered 2 he fell and like 4-5 and he died... not sure why he is so easy lol

@EpicNameBro If you wanna have fun with this boss let the golem that throws those huge firebombs live and engage the boss the golem will keep throwing those firebombs at the centre of the bridge makes the fight a bit harder if you keep standing in the centre and time dodging the firebombs + the attacks of the boss itself. xD

did they remove the lightning spear via patch? or is it just glitched... killed the mimik with my new character today.. well.. i didn't kill it, it jumped down the elevatorshaft. i restarted the game, went to a bonefire and back.. there's no loot. i went through blighttown with my damn lowlvl dex char only to get the spear as soon as possible and now this.. :( can anyone help?

ok dude I have a way to get the Iron Giant to fall of the side get him back on the little bridge behind him,keep close when there he'll do his punched down alot and get stagger just keep hitting him when he wakes up he'll jump back depending on if he is facing on side or the other of the little bridge he'll jump off XD

I can't hurt this guy my best weapon does 30 damage a hit two handed and I can't get the lightning spear because the mimic decided to kill itself down the hole so I'am pretty much screwed.

i jumped into the hole...and i hollowed..........any idea how to get the lightening spear?

@TahHeX just do enough damage and he staggers... if you use the lightning spear, it will take about the same number of hits as it did for me in this video. Also, about the bosses I say are hard... I usually am doing something to make the fight more difficult (no healing, no summons, low level, etc.)

Stay behind him, and roll away if he does his grab attack.
