By mid 1981 the Iraqi army was pushed back (by an ill equipped and sanctioned Iranian Army) to Iraqi territory, where the remainder of the war was fought till 1988 (ending by a UNSC ceasefire). It took the Iranian armed forces 3 weeks just to evacuate Iraq when all hostilities ended.

Lol. "Lost" meaning we crushed the Iraqi military in less than 2 weeks. The only reason we are "losing" now is the lack of political will to do what is necessary. Kill every enemy that carries a weapon or hides an enemy combatant. Of course the Arabs in Iraq won't stand up and fight... they fight by sneaking around.

Most of it was not made in Iran: M16 at 14 seconds, MP5s at 33, F5 at 1:31 & 1:41, cobras at 1:41, 1:50 & 1:55, the toophan which is a knock-off of a TOW, a Sukhoi at 2:12, F4 at 2:22, F14 at 2:35. Most of the planes are from the time of the Shah, and all that US equipment is useless without spares which they have not had since the late 70's. So try again. Iran vs. the US, Iran would be a smoking plain.

what you have seen are all made in Iran except F14 and F4 and Russian fighters, Cobras are made in Iran (They are copied),F5, Saegheh are made in Iran. TOW missiles are copied and is now made in Iran. Generally the US made equipments are refurbished and necessary spares have already made in Iran, you should accept the reality, Iran is getting stronger day by day. How the F14s are flying while for 27 years (8 years of which had beed during a real war)we have not received any support from USA??

Just keep an open mind to upgrades and Israel's black market for American made products. Lots of these planes have had an over all upgrade, both with western and eastern systems, not including indigenous development funded by regional countries.

Dear Friend, in modern industry world when you say something is made in some where it doesnt mean all the components are made there, even in USA military industries they use some components that is made elsewhere. While we are under sanction and there are workable equipments evenif we import some parts and spares it means we have been sucessful to made the product.

that's not a cobra and no those are not m16's. most of hardware you see are iranian with the exception of the sukhoi. yes, they reverse engineered most of them and there's nothing wrong with that. if iran is going to be a smoking plain then it would be at the expense of 200,000 american troops..
