@foolishbunny You wouldn't want to render video for that. If you want to use it in a video (if I get what your asking), you want to render it out as an image sequence. If you use After Effects or Premiere, they work with Photoshop PSDs, so you could bring all the layers in and use them one by one like frame animation. You could just then leave out the black background layer for the transparency. I rendered each layer as PNGs (with no background) when I did this for Flash.
