Towards the end for one-1. Hitler was suffering from advanced parkinson's. He also was suffering from jaundice and advanced stages of syphillis. This altered his judgement on many decisions, notably D-Day and Berlin. He also had severe paranoia towards the end. Put yourself in his shoes and see how you hold up! lol
Hitler was a brilliant strategist, but at that point, Germany could do little in the way of winning. The fact that they held out for so long is a feat in itself.

The stake of America? That's ignorance. The Third Reich wanted to ally with America and take on the USSR, the common enemy. Adolf Hitler saw no need for war with the US. He even wanted to negotiate a peace with them as early as 1942.
National Socialism is a political philosophy, and thus can be applied to ANY nation, not just Germany. So, that being said...

then why did hitler declare war on USA and back JApan, KNOWING that JApan and USA were enemies, of course hitler wanted to avoid war, but he was confident that the japs would take america down. so he was confident in his new asian ally that he said was "undefeated for 1500 years!" so he felt he that america would fall,

Hitler declared war on the US for 1. The US was supplying arms to the Western Allies, but 2. (most importantly) Japan proposed that they would open a second WESTERN front on the USSR. Hitler felt that the US would have to devote more resources to the Pacific, and with the Japs attacking on the West and Hitler in the east, he could defeat the USSR and strike a 'white' (status quo) peace settlement with the USA before they entered into the war.

Also, Stalin murdered 60,000,000 people. Together, the soviet union murdered 100,000,000 people. Stalin murdered thousands of Russian soldiers for merely not agreeing with him (many thousands he murdered simply because he SUSPECTED they were not loyal to him.) Stalin more or less just sent millions of Soviets to their deaths because he had the conscripted manpower, and, as he put it 'the death of millions is a statistic.' Hitler sent 4 million into the USSR and nearly brought it to its knees.

I believe you are mistaken. Most Germans fought to the death on the Eastern Front. They held out in Berlin even after Hitler was dead. They knew the atrocities that the Reds would commit, and that is exactly why they fought to the death, some even killing themselves.
