  • dude seriously you have no idea how to even pronounce these words. what are your qualifications for attempting to teach people how to train properly?

  • @inmymind801 Funny coming out of someone starting with "dude". Enough said.

  • This is a really informational & interesting video. Thanks for sharing your information. Very well illustrated. Good Job.

  • What if U have worn out cartilage in the Facet joint? Will this work on that.

  • That makes sense Mr. Stretchexpert, thanks for the info

  • Good explanation, just fix the wobbling and blurriness!

  • Froyi=Front?

  • Just some constructive criticism to help. You are confusing the psoas muscle with the iliacus. The psoas muscle attaches on the lateral surface of T12-L5 and the lower trochanter. The iliacus attaches to the iliac fossa and the lower trochanter. Together they are called the iliopsoas. They, along with the hip rotators, quadratus lumborum, glutes, quads, hamstrings, dehydration, bad posture, bad shoes (high heels or flat soles), and a plethora of other possibilities contribute to lower back pain.

  • great vid

this guy is right I went to a professional in this area and he said exacly the same thing

streches and work low abs are a solution for the problem

    sorry about my english

  • does this mean my lower back hurts because my certain abs arent strong enough?

  • thanx !!!

  • Avoid Pilates and Yoga - Alexander Technique is far superior.

  • NICE VID

  • nive vid!

  • has this guys been sniffing glue or something...joker!!!!

  • Does this bunny know WTF he's talking about?

    Doesn't sound like he does!

  • you're right...the QLs dont raise leg... never heard such rubbish... to have a healthy and strong spine, you need to have a ratio of 2:1 trunk extensor to flexor muscles....so if you do abdominals to strengthen the low back, then you shift that ratio to more 1:1 which makes it unstable... further, why do you think muscles tighten in first place?? its because you have pelvic and mechanical changes, increase stresses and hence the muscle act as protective mechanism... look for cause, not symptom!

  • The QL does NOT raise the leg.

  • After I do 50 standing rim touches and 25 running I get low back on my left side it goes away like 45 mins later though.

  • I do no agree at all. The muscles are connected to the skeleton. The skeleton is the structure of the body. Nearly always the problem lies in the unbalance of the structure which causes the muscle tension. Working only the muscles is working the problem from the wrong end. You need to get the structure in balance first. When the structure is unbalanced, the muscles have to pull harder on 1 side to keep the body upright.

  • ah thanks a lot. I have been experiencing lower back pain for 4 weeks now. I play basketball and it is very hard to play at my full capacity. I cant stretch and bend for more close up dribbling because it just wont stop hurting. Thanks for the info. Ill try follow it =)

  • mmm k lol

  • hi, just to say few word i recommend you to try meditation for your back pain because you are not the only one, some people have back and they dont even know. our perpous in life is to meditate never relax when awake which mean you must sit up all the time until you go to bed. when slouching energy stop that is why we keep moving because we don't know how to sit. sitting up mean harmony, the great medicine, the forgotten holly grail, the wheel of life, mergin heaven and earth
