Forgot to mention that you can record in HD mode on that camera. In the Setup menu for "Motion picture", go to "Aspect Ratio", press the right arrow and select 16:9. Press "Menu Set" to exit and then "Menu Set" again to reopen it. Then go to "Picture Menu", press the right arrow and choose 30fps 16:9H.

The camera will now record in High Definition 1280x720.

Aha...now that's encouraging. I have previous model FX35 and was debating whether or not to upgrade to either the ZX1, or the TZ7.

But seeing the quality of your vid, I don't think I'll bother with either now.
