oh, i think it was great to the santa take on it...it's like the sexy, coquettish, femme fatale cruel...a smooth, sleek, yet insidious cruelty...her voice and performance on this are so completely different from pip...it's amazing to me to watch her do two totally different interpretations to her own song...just a testament to how amazing an artist she is :)

I don't think Santa should have played this song; we all know that is this "sexy, happy, naughty" part of her, I mean, Santa represents positive and happy feelings why put her to sing something like CRUEL?... Instead, I love the Pip version of it, and I think that for Tori let Pip sing those kinds of trakcs was a healing experience, like with "me and a gun" that was out of tours like 7 years.

Skjønner godt hva du mener faktisk, men jeg synes det er stor forskjell på å se Tori på festival og vanlig konsert. Det er langt fra like intenst og kraftig.

Se videoen når hun spiller cruel i praha noen dager etterpå, Tori er nok like mektig som hun alltid har vært etter min mening.

Hadde jeg kunne valgt igjen, hadde jeg nok reist til et annet sted i europa for å se henne tror jeg. Synes det var noe helt annet å oppleve henne på festival. Ble ikke noen lang konsert, og dårlig med rolige sanger osv.
