Ran ran ruu doesn't even mean anything, I asked my Japanese language teacher who's 34 and moved here 8 years ago says Ran Ran Ruu doesn't even mean anything. I think It's just something Ronald made up, it makes it funnier how Ran Ran Ruu doesn't even mean anything in japanese.

This isn't too uncommon for Japanese culture. A lot of different chants similar to Ran Ran Ruu, do not mean anything and are instead used to denote a specific meaning or emotion. I don't know about us Americans, but supposedly in the Japanese culture, it would be considered an upbeat, "happy" sound, and would be perceived as such. It's just a chant, really.
