Yea kids don't know any better right now but theres hope. I introduced my nieces and nephews to alot of underground stuff and they totally dig it. They not only see, but they also understand the difference in the messages and the authenticity of the styles vs the mainstream. They show their friends too and young people seem to be very open to a broad range of music you wouldnt even think they'd understand they just need to be exposed to the good stuff more often you know?

Real talent folks. While most of you support these mainstream artists, this is the REAL HIP HOP that you'll never hear. If only the majority of you people 25 and under would FULLY SUPPORT REAL LYRICISTS, the underground would become MAINSTREAM, and force all of the wackness out of the game.
Invincible was simply born too late. She would be making records with KRS-ONE and Chuck-D spitting lyrics like this in the early 90s. Instead, only true hip-hop heads know about her.
