I own an 06 s2k and also work for honda for the past 7 years and I know it sounds biased but is one of the most fun cars to drive. Its like a street legal go cart that looks great lol It's quick and turns on a dime but will kick out the rearend if you're not careful with it due to its 50/50 weight and also short wheelbase so smacking it into a wall is easy if youre not confident driving it. I never say its the fastest but its the most fun you can get for the money against its competition

Why add the camp music? We want to hear the ENGINE, not your poor choice of music. This thing is a fine car, but thanks to "Fast & Furious", most were thrashed, and or modded by elitist snobs with no sense of style. The engines are wxpensive to rebuild, and the same goes for other components, especially upgrades to suspension and exhaust etc. A great car is no less a victim of foolish ownership, and there are as many, if not more bitter lemons than sweet ripe fruit.

lol, im 19, and with a clean driving record, an honors student in college, and a fulltime student i was quoted at 103 monthly if i owned, and like 280something if financing, this was through geico, check free quotes man, insurance companies will dance for your business so compare prices to other companies

@MrSalenga did you get yours? BTW its not a great starter car. 2 seats, RWD, manual, convert = high insurance as well as not amazingly easy or practical. I love this car, but maybe when I turn 19 or so.

I love this car i know all of the specs watched so many test drives. Even have the money to buy one except nearest place to get one is 100 miles away and i dont even know if ill fit in it or not. I'm 6'2" and i want one real bad any tall people here know if ill fit or not. Help a brother out.

I'm 17 and just bought an S2000. I'm just at 6' and I have no problems with fitting in the seat. My legs are pretty long, too. m Also, my dad is 6'3' and he has no problems sitting in it, he just has to sit more upright so that he can move the seat back some more. You should be fine as long as you don't plan on sitting there for several hours at a time.

I'm 6 foot 5 and I have driven 3 of them. I have fit in all of them with about 2 inches of headroom with the top up. All the s2k's that I have driven have been 04 or newer. I don't think they changed much size wise so I'm not sure about the older models. Hope it helps ya. BTW, loved every second I drove the car.....had to duck a bit to see in the rear view mirror haha, but its so worth it.

one of my friends had the first gen in high school...hearing this thing at 9000 rpm for the first time was a beautiful experience. People dont give Honda the respect it deserves, it builds and has built some great sports cars, both fwd and rwd platforms. well thats my two cents.
