Well,it don't really matter when you eat.The main thing is we have a deficit at the end of the day.If we're gaining weight,we're eating too many calories and overeating.If we're staying the same,we're not overeating.If we're losing weight,we're eating less calories or exercising more,and so we lose.But it don't matter what time we eat,or how many meals we eat.
Damn, that's what's happening to me rigth now, I'm not overweigth or anything, but my sleeping cycle is effed up, and it makes me tired and hungry very late at night, and it really has to stop or I'll really put on weigth and I wanna loose it lol:P
Have you heard of the book "Eat Right For Your Blood Type" ? It is written by a Naturopathic Doctor and discusses the most beneficial diets and exercise determined by your blood type and how your DNA has so much to do with how our body digests food and exercise........This book has helped me very very much in weight loss and overall health.........Strongly reccomend it.......AND GREAT VIDEOS BY THE WAY
Where can you buy raw cacoa? I've looked for it at all the local grocery stores, but so far no luck. Do you think I could get it at a health fod store or purchase it online?

I was used to do the same-eating late at night and i also had insomnia!Now all i have is a huge cup of tea(chamomile)!And i lost 6 kg for 2 weeks!!!
