There r only about 300-350 Mexican wolves left on earth and only about 20 r in the wild. Why don't ppl care about wolves? Over 50% of consumer products worldwide contain palm oil. soap, cookies, candy, cosmetics, etc. In some parts of the world palm is a popular cooking oil as vegatable oil is in the US. Not growing palm, just means growing something else, anything can be grown in the tropics and deforestation will continue

By stopping Nestle buying palm oil from impoverished third world countries, PEOPLE (real human being's like you and me) will die due to lack of income.

People breathe out carbon-dioxide, which trees use, but they don't use oxygen, so when they make it they just release it into the air for animals to breathe, then those animals breathe out carbon dioxide... it's a never-ending cycle. And a very important one as well.

And just when I was in good conscience to eat Kit Kats... The thing that bothes me is the fact that it's also Fair Trade now. If we stop buying Kit Kats, then the company won't be able to afford fair trade cocoa, me thinks, and then those people can't escape poverty. But then if the rain forests are cut down, then several creatures and plants could become endangered, as we already know the orangutan is.

I feel like neither option could possibley be right, but you have to do one or the other...
