The video is good and the exercise is great. It is a help for us beginners like me in body building. I do know a link of a site that gives FREE workout plans that focuses not just on adding muscles on your body but strategically doing it so in order to achieve a lean muscular look you ever wanted. It's certainly a great exercise but there are very slim chances that you'll lose that much weight by doing the abdominal alone. Having an effective diet plan is equally necessary to lose weight fast.

I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

I've been a personal trainer for about 12 years now so I'll shed some light on the topic. People really seem to over-complicate things!
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Avoid high GI foods (they trigger fat storage)
2) Eat frequent, nutrient dense meals (every 3 hours) - include a protein source with each meal
3) Follow the nutrition plan from the "Fat Loss Customized" program (I can't provide a meal plan here)

I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
4) Perform high intensity interval training.
