Hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend got ripped Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.
Am I the only one that doesn't think this is REALLY belly dancing? They are not bad dancers by any means, but I just didn't get that fluidity and isolation that I see in other belly dancers, just my thoughts...
Wow.. the leaders shimmy is absolutely horrible. In a real shimmy you shouldn't see the legs moving so much lick that. :/ But everything else looks great.
ok youtube, question: while watching this, i noticed that a lot of the girls have very flat feet. i have back problems x10 and my ciropractor says i basically need constant arch support. but i found it much easer to do this dance if i was in bare feet because i always grip with my toes and it helps me move faster without falling over. any sugestions to keep me moving?
btw, ppl complaining about the music; i found that lady gaga songs go with the tempo fairly well ^^

I love this! I dance to this like 4 times a week and then I do another workout video after ward's to get my hour of fitness and damn am I pouring sweat by then, but after a few days (for me that is) my abs started getting toned! :'D
Don't worry girls remember we can lose the weight never give up!! :)
This is great if you want to learn how to salsa and cha-cha. I took Latin dance for 2 years and recognize all these moves. They need to change the title to Latin dancing.
@mischamcarver hmmm well you prolly do it often... plus, uh... idk im kinda uncoordinated so usually end up hurting myself somehow when im trying to dance..... xDD

The grapevine and the duck-walk was my major difficulty but at least it motivates me to keep trying thus I'm actually working out!
Dancing really beats working out in the gym any day. :)

Great workout but it went too fast for me, I couldn't get a hang of that duck walk thing let alone walking forwards and back with it

@Daarisha you have to start from part 1 first practise that then you can get the hang of 2 & 3.
