@penguinchick75 She never necessarily restricted herself to just official Miley songs, but the idea of the tour was that she was being herself doing her own thing singing a lot of her own music, but the tour was also in promotion of HM:TM in a way cuz that and its soundtrack were a huge part of her year so she picked some of the songs of that CD that could be more her style and that she could rock out as Miley and still fit the overall mood of the show, so songs like Spotlight could do that :)
