  • HMMMM eu não sabia disto.............. Obrigado amigo!

  • very depressing news. I need to use live view cannot see through viewfinder, cannot focus manually. Best for macro. sux so much better use manual!

  • @brentenireland The diopter slider thingy on the right of the viewfinder isn't working for you? (If all the numbers and markings in the viewfinder aren't sharp, you need to slide it up or down. When those are clear, then your focus in the viewfinder should be good.) I'll admit that adjuster can be a little hard to budge at times.

Main downside to live-view is shooting moving stuff. Instead of fast SLR AF, the speed is more like P&S AF. But at least you can see around corners unlike most DSLRs.

  • Hola, soy Troy Maclur, tal vez me recuerden de "Alicia salió por el parabrisas"....

  • which one is better?

    the Nikon D3000 or D5000 ?

  • @BABiiBx33 d5000 > d3000

  • @BABiiBx33

D5000.It has video capabilities which D3000 doesnt have.D3000 is more like a beginners DSLR

  • WHat about on the 18-55mm lens that comes with the camera? That only has a zoom ring, so how can you manual focus with that lens? It even has a switch on it.

  • @1CLON1 Grab the very end of it, the part that comes out from the rest of the body of the lens.

  • @xtelevisionset Thank you!

  • which one is better Canon EOS 1000D Kit EF-S 18-55 mm (10.1 Mpx) ORE Nikon D3000 + 18-55mm f3.5 - 5.6 AF-S VR (10.2 Mpx)

  • @countersk I've heard that the D3000 was better than the Canon1000D, but if u have the money go for the D5000 instead

  • which lens are u using in this video?

  • @Spaeckli

    this is nikkor 70-300

  • @Spaeckli @ 0:06 it looked like the kit lens(18-55mm)

    and @ 0:19 it looked like a 55-200mm lens

  • @Spaeckli my bad.@ 0:19 it looked like 70-300mm lens

  • thanks to your video. its really nice. i learned :)

  • beautiful shots! I want this camera for my birthday!

  • thanks my camera will be here in 7 days!

  • @maplestoryJUiCAY hello myself :)

  • is it auto focus when you video capture?

  • No, it is a drawback but it's not intended to be a great video capturing device...remember it's a camera first. You would need to manually focus the camera in movie mode. I've actually never even used the video mode yet on mine. FYI, I am extremely happy with my D5000, it's a prosumer camera, not really a professional camera...D90 is entry level professional, but I liked the swiveling live view, though it is greatly delayed in taking images...through the lens is much faster.

  • in video mode its only manual focus

  • so the lens that the d500 comes with has a focus ring on it?

  • your videos are really nice and informative..
