Infinity Mirror effect - Camera shooting into TV

I made a mini comedy doing that by pointing a Life Cam at the moniter. The only visual was the apparent hole, the rest was audio & implied. It's a "watch out 4 the hole" type comedy-starring me alone-where a departing guest is warned about the hole & falls in anyway. There's "bottomless pit" humor, & a lot of China references. The name of the Youtube is "Fell to His Mustard". You'll get the mustard part at the end.

Hey what do you call the effect and where could i get static images of this effect? HELP!! I had an awesome idea for a t-shirt and i would put this infinite image on but i cant find any on the net...
