Capitalism is the wage slavery of immense humanity in a politically corrupt, manipulated MARKET SYSTEM OF ARTIFICIAL SCARCITY ,a tyrannical, destructive system to perpetuate poverty and exploitation in the interest of the ruling class. The most fundamental question of all: What is the underlying law of nature.
As the way of all things, what effect do you suppose its question, knowledge, understanding and application by billions of persons would have on the state of global economics, science, the humanities, education, government and business?
Our perceptions of our natural and social world has been shaped by the needs of the dominant political and economic interests, the GANGS OF CAPITALIST, Profit for a few is the driving force of our times, with their National Flags,Corporate Logos, Religious Dogmas, they divide to rule and dominate to PROFIT, The odious IDEOLOGY of the rulers has become the all embracing truth and common sense in a MARKET PLACE of dog eat dog of artificial scarcity and limits to our true creativities.
The survival of fittest WAS AND IS A USEFUL IDEOLOGY FOR A MARKET ECONOMY BASED ON EXPLOITATION OF IMMENSE HUMANITY BY A TINY CAPITALIST ELITE, it is time to relise that this is OUR WORLD we shoud cooperate/share it for our common well being, there is no other way to end the insanity of profit versus the divinity of life.
The concept of "common well being" is impossible in environment with limited resources. This is our world.
Try Playing with a thought experiment of putting 100 strangers in environment that could sustain only 50 and consider what would happen. If they all share resources to the last moment they all die with intact moral values but if a few take initiative and dispose of excess people then the species survives. Similarly new governing structures and new moral will emerge there.
1:05 "...We are created in the image of the environment...". Please! Who else uses such language? Oh, Yes, I remember... the Bible describing creation of the humans.
1:16 When we destroy the environment only the fittest would survive exactly as Darwin predicts. It may not be the humans. Perhaps the cockroaches may have the evolutionary chance to be the next dominant species on earth or perhaps some humans may survive the new environment and adapt to it. Dismissing Darwin/adaptation is wrong.
Umm... Darwin IS wrong if you misinterpret it, which most do. Cooperation amongst species both in their own groups and outside of their species is the key to survival. Darwin theory became a misconstrued excuse for selfish behavior in my opinion. Survival of the fittest... If anyone around you actually acted that way they'd be rightly ostracized. Doesn't sound like the recipe for getting ahead in life to me!
Darwin's principle of survival of the fittest is often misinterpreted as selfish behaviour on ones part. As we can observe in nature cooperation is a useful strategy sometimes but so is individualistic behaviour. It all depends on the circumstances which is better survival strategy. In life it is as in the game theory- sometimes the payoff is better if players cooperate, sometimes it is not. Darwin's theory predicts survival by whatever means necessary because that is what counts.

Bonus point: Organized Religions are heading for the dumpsters as they will have outlived any utility.
Darwin, My Life and Letters Vol. 1, page 210, letter to Mr bentham admits, When we decend into details we can prove that no one species has changed ( i.e. We cannot prove that a single species has changed); nor can we prove that the supposed changes are beneficial, which is the ground work of the theory.
The Man is teaching: Teilhard de Chardin, a 20th-century mystic and philosopher. Chardin was a Jesuit: Mr. Lipton is just teaching Catholicism with a different door front. Quote from "Foreign Conspiracy against the Liberties of the United States" by Samuel Morse 1835. The food of Popery is ignorance. Ignorance is the mother of papal devotion. Ignorance is the legitimate prey of Popery. Ignorance: The condition of being uneducated, unaware, or uniformed.
Yeah, but Jesuits seek ignorance out not in order to introduce education and reason, but in order to abuse and destroy the individual. The corruption of religion which forces uncritical thinking even on kids, leaves millions scarred and crippled by bigoted hateful dogma. It is yet another example of how religion hijacks free thought at every opportunity in order to place people in categories divided from the whole.
Belief divides people, doubt unites them so stick your filthy priest up your..
Your philosophy sounds very much like that of Spinoza, He was around in the 1600s and was central to the enlightenment and revolutions which swept Europe and America. If God is Nature, If Nature made us, then kings, religions, slavery all make no sense. The indivisible whole, every religion is only an aspect. only when you realize that religion enslaves you can you let go of it and be free, the way you were intended to be.
Why do these types get hung up on Darwin. He simply laid a basis for further research and development. Evolutionary theory has changed and grown with new information. There is nothimg "accidental" in evo;utiionary theory and Darwin, himself, said nothin about "the survival of the fittest."
I tend to think people who equate Darwin with "survival of the fittest" as morons, so I can't trust this guy. I don't get it, what sort of scientist spews this propaganda?
For some reason unknown to me, i do not fit in and tend to reject most common belief systems. i consider my interpretiation to be logical, non political, and integrable, in nature. Also it makes it nearly impossible to become part of a breeding or procreating spiecies of compulsive reward seekers, and money earners. At any rate my person traits are part of life, but will not be carried on by my procreation. My somewhat rare characteristics might show up some time in the future when things change
i think my trait of inabilty accept normal human beliefs must be some kind of vestigial trait, although it could be something that resulted from hierarchical "overload" during formative periods in my life. Through this i had to shut out the variety of hierarchical beliefs that i was being assaulted with. I became a "traitor" by hierarchical declaration when i was five years old, and i remember being totally crushed by the assertion. She was a pretty messed up teacher who was a torturer.
People can learn to adapt in hierarchies, but they have to be child friendly, and then the child can begin to feel comfortable with the associated belief doctrine. Normally people in a hierarchy tend to believe that god resides at the top of their hierarhcy or belief system. Hence generates a hierarchical variation of God. God tends to be a black hole of belief that incrementally sucks all the knowledge out of an individual's brain and destroys innovative perception. And burns people alive.
i would like to belong to a thoughtful inventive society of people, but abilty to get on board with hierarchy seems to be the most critical factor for survival. I think people from the plantet where Vulcans like Spock come from. They only get whacko when they mate. True freedom is actually the ability to break free from enforced belief hierarchies. It makes life difficult in some ways but healthier mentally. For Jesus it was big trouble in Jerusalem.
i like this dude, but i know he had a major nervous breakdown, and i wonder if that addled his brain and weakened him to a state of wishful thinking. i hope not, because he make's a lot of sense.just a thought.
Furthermore, if i were to go to a wrecking yard and lay explosives everywhere, how long would it take for the debris to land as a fully funtional 747 jet? I could exploded the same debris each minute for the next 15 billoion years and it would NEVER land as a 747...a single protein molecule is infinitely more complex and complicated than a 747. You can have as much time as you like; your primeval soup just wont make one BCAA...life as a random occurence: you must be surely joking
Your strawman argument fails to encompass the mechanisms of evolution, if you create an analogy that doesn't hold the original mechanisms then it's a false analogy.
Evolution is separate from Abiogenesis.
Darwin had very little understanding of Evolution- was only 60 years ago that DNA was discovered etc.
The fossil record supports evolution through and through.
Most interesting is your assumption on proteins and early life, I would suggest you read up on protobionts.
The fossil record shows NO transitions....aside from that none ever can answer this; How did the nutrients come about? Did a simple potato evolve? and from what? How about the humble apple, or mangoe? Strawberries? Nuts and the trees they spawn from. Rice and wheat....accidents of evolution or created for our survival. You are supposing ALL THIS came from an explosion from nothing. How naive. Answer that one brainiac....cant wait to shred this answer, if indeed you have one
There are a few good series on youtube that present the answers to your questions in an easy to understand manner, I would suggest you watch potholer54. Also cdk007 also has a great video on Abiogenesis. There are also many books that hold this information.
Anyone who believes in the evolutionary THEORY needs their heads read. Goodness me, one only needs to take a brief look at the world around us to know that there is no chance in a tetragillionth that all this came about from a random explosion. To deny creation is to deny God and oneself. Do some research on what Darwin and Galton and Spencer were in to...eugenics. [Now called bioethics] Does the fossil record agree with evokutionary theory? Nope, end of story.
Spoken like a true intellect. Care to enlighten me then on how the "singularity" came into existence? See if you can stretch it out beyond 12 words, braniac.
What the? Your premise states that the universe and all within starts with the big bang, and progresses right on down the line to this very minute, right? So how is it possible that the big bang and evolution are NOT corelated? Man, you are all over the place! BTW, what then, if proteins came into existence by the primordial soup analysis, did the proteins feed on? Also, has evolution stopped?
If you have ever read a science book, you would know they are two different theories in different fucking branches of science! The primordial soup thing is from abiogensis which is a hypothesis that has nothing to do with the theory of evolution.
The truth is there is absolutely no real evidence to call abiogenesis a fact, at least on earth. Furthermore, we can't even say inaminate matter preceded life. Two differnt theories? Who's right?
Because you didn't understand the book. Dr. Lipton is in strict conflict to what Darwin's evolution concept suggests. We are not being controlled and guided by genetics. We create our own realities, but it is within the framework of a conscious collective. Evolution suggests that the environment creates the outcome. Lipton suggests that we can control our environment, thereby controlling the outcome. Evolution frees humanity from responsibility, and to live we must take responsibility.
The difference is: if there is a resource in the environment, say oxygen in the time before oxygen-breathers, Darwin says that oxygen breathing can only arise by random mutation; Lipton is saying that creatures can actively strive towards an adaptive mutation allowing use of oxygen. Essentially this is Lamarckism returned with a vengeance. Darwinism always had the disadvantage that it is difficult to imagine how random mutations can produce things so complicated such as oxygen breathing.
Yes good point. Personally though I dont have a hard time with the adaptation to oxygen.
Oxygen easily diffuses across cell membranes, its not that much of a suprise that cells adapted to it. That and oxygen being the third most abundant element in universe.
But yeah I do like the idea of active particpation in evolution.
If I could suggest a good read on the relation between Earth and human as both living organism, it would be "Gaia, a new look at life on Earth" from James Lovelock. Also the DVD from B.Lipton "nurse and nurture"(or something in that line) which I think is very educative.
funny coming from a person who names themselves "feces". you're proving his point, that if you think this is bullshit, then you become the bullshit. hence your name.
"Dr. Lipton began his scientific career as a cell biologist. He received his Ph.D. Degree from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville before joining the Department of Anatomy at the University of Wisconsin's School of Medicine in 1973."
If you read his book, you'll understand that ever since darwin wrote his "origin of species" in 1859 a lot has been changed and revised in the field of biology, and not least the quantum physics which were accepted in the 30's.
In summary, Dr. Lipton's research leads to proof that genes do NOT control us, evolution is propelled by unity and cooperation and NOT the survival of the fittest, it's not a scramble for resources, we live in a world were communication and understanding of our surrounding PLAYS A BIG ROLE on our survival.
The movies got positive critical reception, most people like it. There have been many jokes and spoofs but whatever. I think the movies contain a lot of philosophical depth, along with amazing visual effects. It's really one of the best sci-fi movies ever made and it provides a lot of ground hypothetical questioning around reality, truth, faith etc.
Great stuff! "New biology" a crucial paradigm. I'm wondering if Bruce Lipton got some kind of graphical illustration summarily representing this concept, that would be a treasure to humanity.
We have more content from Bruce Lipton. Where he delves deeper into these ideas. Please give us some comments to know if that would be interesting to people and we'll add it to our upload schedule.
It would be nice if he could talk about some of the Shift in belief systems recently as well as giving people hope that it will continue exponentially, as it is and must.

i like this dude, but i know he had a major nervous breakdown, and i wonder if that addled his brain and weakened him to a state of wishful thinking. i hope not, because he make's a lot of sense.just a thought.

Most interesting is your assumption on proteins and early life, I would suggest you read up on protobionts.
hammy606 3 years ago
The fossil record shows NO transitions....aside from that none ever can answer this; How did the nutrients come about? Did a simple potato evolve? and from what? How about the humble apple, or mangoe? Strawberries? Nuts and the trees they spawn from. Rice and wheat....accidents of evolution or created for our survival. You are supposing ALL THIS came from an explosion from nothing. How naive. Answer that one brainiac....cant wait to shred this answer, if indeed you have one
chookin1 3 years ago

Nope, end of story.
chookin1 3 years ago
Random explosion? What the fuck, you don't know shit about the theory.

Spoken like a true intellect. Care to enlighten me then on how the "singularity" came into existence? See if you can stretch it out beyond 12 words, braniac.
chookin1 3 years ago
That has nothing to do with evolution.
PursuitOfReality 3 years ago
Also, has evolution stopped?
chookin1 3 years ago
If you have ever read a science book, you would know they are two different theories in different fucking branches of science! The primordial soup thing is from abiogensis which is a hypothesis that has nothing to do with the theory of evolution.
PursuitOfReality 3 years ago
"Also, has evolution stopped?"
Seriously, read about the theory. Plenty of people who believe god created them have no damn issue with the theory.
PursuitOfReality 3 years ago
The truth is there is absolutely no real evidence to call abiogenesis a fact, at least on earth. Furthermore, we can't even say inaminate matter preceded life. Two differnt theories? Who's right?
chookin1 3 years ago
NM, you're too fucking stupid.
PursuitOfReality 3 years ago
Because you didn't understand the book. Dr. Lipton is in strict conflict to what Darwin's evolution concept suggests. We are not being controlled and guided by genetics. We create our own realities, but it is within the framework of a conscious collective. Evolution suggests that the environment creates the outcome. Lipton suggests that we can control our environment, thereby controlling the outcome. Evolution frees humanity from responsibility, and to live we must take responsibility.
crazy8sdrums 3 years ago
I have read Dr Lipton's book "Biology of Belief" and I am not so sure that there is a great divide bewteen what Darwin said and what he is saying.
I think that part of it is more a matter of packaging than actual fact.
pendodecahedron 3 years ago
The difference is: if there is a resource in the environment, say oxygen in the time before oxygen-breathers, Darwin says that oxygen breathing can only arise by random mutation; Lipton is saying that creatures can actively strive towards an adaptive mutation allowing use of oxygen. Essentially this is Lamarckism returned with a vengeance. Darwinism always had the disadvantage that it is difficult to imagine how random mutations can produce things so complicated such as oxygen breathing.
era356 3 years ago
Yes good point. Personally though I dont have a hard time with the adaptation to oxygen.
Oxygen easily diffuses across cell membranes, its not that much of a suprise that cells adapted to it. That and oxygen being the third most abundant element in universe.
But yeah I do like the idea of active particpation in evolution.
:)

"Nothing to do with ... genes, evolution, survival of the fittest...that information is wrong."
"People need to know who they really are. Movies like the matrix is a great story..."
In what field does this guy hold a Ph.D.?
tritleb 4 years ago
"Dr. Lipton began his scientific career as a cell biologist. He received his Ph.D. Degree from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville before joining the Department of Anatomy at the University of Wisconsin's School of Medicine in 1973."
IAMASCREENNAME 4 years ago
If you read his book, you'll understand that ever since darwin wrote his "origin of species" in 1859 a lot has been changed and revised in the field of biology, and not least the quantum physics which were accepted in the 30's.
KiraDesuNoto 4 years ago
In summary, Dr. Lipton's research leads to proof that genes do NOT control us, evolution is propelled by unity and cooperation and NOT the survival of the fittest, it's not a scramble for resources, we live in a world were communication and understanding of our surrounding PLAYS A BIG ROLE on our survival.
KiraDesuNoto 4 years ago
Also, what's wrong with the Matrix?
The movies got positive critical reception, most people like it. There have been many jokes and spoofs but whatever. I think the movies contain a lot of philosophical depth, along with amazing visual effects. It's really one of the best sci-fi movies ever made and it provides a lot of ground hypothetical questioning around reality, truth, faith etc.

So I don't really understand what you're going at unless you're shallow about what you're watching, maybe you're a guy that hears but doesn't listen.

Great stuff! "New biology" a crucial paradigm. I'm wondering if Bruce Lipton got some kind of graphical illustration summarily representing this concept, that would be a treasure to humanity.

Yes, please post more Bruce videos.
It would be nice if he could talk about some of the Shift in belief systems recently as well as giving people hope that it will continue exponentially, as it is and must.
