Easier way to import an png sequence into AE is to just drag the folder which holds your png sequence onto After Effects and it will automatically be alphabetical order. Great tutorial ;D Liked!

ow nvm i got it i was saving as avi file lol, and i need to save it as a sequence of png and import it to AAE.

@NLTxEditing funny thing is im having no trouble with it, maybe its a pretty advanced tutorial and you shouldnt attempt to do it until your familiar with both problems.

@PlentyDesignss You didnt show importing the tracking data, adding the footage, creating the text, linking it to the text etc. You just went straight into, "As you can see the camera follows.." Tutorials like this are for beginners, so you should start at the beginning lol.
