not sure if you just didn't include them, but you should be doing 3 warm up sets for each exercise. Also make sure to keep your elbows in front of the bar when its on your chest when doing overhead press
For the stronglifts 5 x 5 method, after your warmup, you use the same weight for all 5 sets. The goal is to add 5lbs each workout. Do not increase the weight after each set, but each workout.

Actually it depends which 5X5 program he is using. You are using the same one as me (Madcow) and is more effective In my opinion aswell. But if you are a beginner to weights this program will help build it up faster at first. :)
hey, what is the strong lift routine.. i went to the website and i see 5X5 workout A and workout B.. which one do you do, or do you alternate between them.. i know your supposed to workout 3 days a week right? Please let me know what the routine is thanks!
Don't look up on squat. Besides that everything i can see looks good. Well I think squatting below parallel is best but it seems to be pretty debated. I suggest you invest in starting strength second edition by mark ripptoe. Good luck
