we would like to move there, how far is this from Marta? is this in Buckhead? is the rent reasonable?
my husband is getting a traveling job so would like to live nearby Marta station.

Hi, the Brookhaven Marta station is about a 10minutes walk away. It's also within walking distance to Phipps Plaza, and there is a Kroger right next to it. You literally go out of the driveway, and turn into the Kroger parking lot! I'mnot sure what the rent is there now because they have renovated. We lived in one of the renovated condos, but they were still doing alot of them up, so I'm assuming the rent amount changed again.

The people who work in the office are really friendly and nice though and will help you with anything you need. There are also a lot of older people in the building, so it's pretty quiet.
