Wish you were at the American National Accordion Convention in Dallas this last weekend. It was pretty fabulous. Eddie Monteiro was a surprise guest and played an unbelievable medley of Brazilian songs on his Roland FR7 and he also sang in Portuguese and English as well as scat.

Hi Len, I quite enjoyed the FR3 for the violin line...getting some expressive control over a synth/sampled sound is always a challenge. But am yet to find a really good violin sound...the high register of the FR violin is a bit harsh and tricky to work with.
