If a company have a fire emergency plan...does it means that THEY will put fire to the building to reclaim insurance, and get rid of slackers in their company in the name of wealth and power to control what they already control ?

I prefer having a safety plan already tough of by some responsible people than trusting in the vastness stupidity of humans massed into an epidemy or catastrophy stepping on each other's head to save their own life.

If in the Fire emergency plan they stated that there was a 100% chance a fire will occur within 5 yrs, I am sure the insurance company covering the building and the local fire dept would be doing quite an investigation. Use your brain before making a comment. All cooperations have emergency plans for alot of things, i have never seen them with a window of time the "emergency" would occur.

They knew that it would spread and become a pandemic within 5 years, because they virility of the strain, I am certain you can find many charts on any disease that would show you how fast it could spread and within what time. I would have been shocked if the memo would have stated "in 2009", but within 5 years in 2006, they were off by 2 years

No actually we just expected that the h5n1 was going to be back the following year, probably even more lethal and infecting with much greater ease. that is what the experts were saying at the time. I was definitely a believer that we would be facing a pandemic of some type within the near future. But, no, we did not have a specific time frame.
