lol that base is amazing. i used it every day, even under my cheap ass eye shadows. its brightens up the colours and every single day someone has to ask me if im wearing mac make up. i confess, i use sleek! lol. oh and i had it on when i went on a water ride at a theme park and when i came off my make up was PERFECT. niiiiiiiiiice lol. BUY IT! YOU NEED IT!

haha i bought this today cos i thought it was a black shade stick but im so pleased its a base, i've been looking for one for ages. i've just tried it with barry m 44 and it worked amazing! btw i think your fantastic, i just subscribed xxx

it does work well as a base for shimmery eyeshadows. Definitely. BUT! Not so good for matt's. Blend it down and you're good to go. no doubt! hth!

Hey I saw a tester for this stuff today, and but I noticed it was quite white and shimmery.....does that affect the look of your eyeshadow you put on it?

Not really. It depends on the eyeshadow you use over it. It is designed for shimmery eyeshadows, not mattes. As long as you cover the base all it does it brighten up the colour. HTH!!!

I reckon it will work well seeing your video which really helped, plus I have the Love That Beige! one which works pretty dang well as a shadow base

And yes, I do love this beige, and I was wondering as you have both this and the base, if like me youre on a tight budget, should I get the new base, or should I continue using the one I already have?

I love this! thought it was a black shadestick too, but its really nice to use as a highlighter, cause its kind og self litting/blue based. really lits up your eyes when usen along the lower lash line. I like you eye shadow. its beautiful.
