Hey... maybe this helps, but in the main game, (I downloaded it yesterday :D) after you get the shotgun, you meet 3 zombies, when you get to the end, open the door. When it loads the next map, a error appears:

sprites/640hud4.spr has been modified since starting the engine. Consider running system diagnostics to check for faulty hardware.

Then some runtime thingy.
