You may have your own. and The Batman is not a rip off of TAS. It re created several of the villains, including Joker, Penguin and Mr. Freeze.

@Ksawarrior Yes, experience and knowledge does play a part but if noticed in those one on one encounters the fights are harder compared to this fight since Villains weren't taking each other out with "friendly fire". Also it was noted even in Young Justice that Robin and Batman are so efficient of a team they didn't have to worry about each other or relay instructions on what to do in situations and combat because they already know what the other has to do and how to fight as a team.

@max536drago People may have different tastes, but in this series Bane looks like an alien creature from Ben10, Poison Ivy is like an emo elf girl, and the Joker looks like a painted Tarzan with conjunctivitis and bad teeth. I think those in Batman TAS in the 90s weren’t perfect but they were probably closest to what the characters are supposed to look like.

the thing is alot of batmans enemies were only difficult for him to defeat the first time around, after fighting them all so many times he has the easy way to beat them all in his utility belt. it only took batman one horrible experience to learn he needs to cut banes tubes b4 he fights him and one freezing b4 he knew the weakness of the suit and so on with all the other villains

IMO, this scene makes sense. It isn't that Bats and Rob are invincible, its just that the villains have no idea how to work together. Hell, Freeze alone took out nearly half the team in the beginning, and the rest of the villains keep crashing into each other.

The batman did Mr. Freeze PERFECTLY in this one. They just made Joker a bit PG, and he wasn't voiced by Mark Hamil, so it's only natural he's not as good as TAS, but still decent.

The Batman was a decent series, but along with the slightely inferior animation compared to TAS, I hated how they did some of the fights. In the first few seasons Batman was just starting but they had him get pummeled until the last 5 minutes where he'd finally get a lucky hit. Later the villains were the ones who got beat up too easily. It would have been nice to have had more common ground. Have them both pose a threat, but have ways of holding their own for awhile. But it was still okay.
