Day By Day reminds me of that BBC mini-series, 20,000 streets uner the sky (the Midnight Bell). They used the standard red Eclipse version for the theme tune.

Tried to find out today if Phil Anderson was a pseudonym ?. I thought Jay Wilbur?. Any ideas?!!.

I do like this record. I also have Jack Payne's version of it, 'On With The Show Selection, 1932' which is VERY good.
