free mount is much easier then riding backwards. the regular way to free mount is to put your dominant foot on the pedal with the seat under your groin pedal backwards then forward, its the mount at the very beggining

thanks. Also, if you just bought it, its best to learn to ride it before learning to free mount. Just get on holding onto a railing or something and try and go up and down, still holding on. When you can unicycle with out holding on to anything then learn to get on it without holding on to anything. Good luck!

Fred my name is Butch man i can one leg and wheel walk but i can't get the Giraffe Unicycle i can only hop on with a high object can you mount it if so give me tips please i am only 10!!

sorry, i can't free mount but i can get on using a wall or a post, if that is useful to you i will tell you. my friend bobstasav can free mount a giraffe, if you ask him im sure he would be glad to help, sorry i couldn't be more use, good luck!

Yah man wheel walks are hard i can only do it for like 10 revolutions at the very most.

the hardest one there is the wrap around, which did take me ages to do. the rolling mount isn't really that hard, especially as i was hardly running.
