Data stick for wireless internet disconnects randomly every few min. Bandwidth gets reduced to 30kb/sec making downloads not worth trying. Happy I have stopped using this shit company's products

I've been a Wind customer for a while now and I haven't had a problem. I've only had two dropped calls in 5 months of use. The internet always works great for me, I tether it to my computer and download movies off their signal, it works just as fast as my home Bell service. I use atleast 10gb and send over 1500 texts a month, and my bill is still $30. When I get a crappy customer service rep I just call back, you get those shitheads with every company, you will eventually get someone who cares.

Wind Mobile is a scam, I only use a phone as a wireless hotspot. Got crap <1 Mbit/s speeds.. dumped them.

Hi Wind... just stopping to to mention that my connection was only dropped 10 times today... which aint too bad compared to most other days.... My bill comes due on the 16th and I will not be giving you morons any more money. I would sooner go to a library and spend 1/2 hour online per day that pay you assholes money for this shit service you call ' unlimited' internet. FUCK YOU ALL AT WIND

Some days I get diconnected 30-50 times.... then it takes 20 min for the peice of shit to authenticate... I say again... DO NOT USE WIND DATA STICK..... There should be laws in place to prevent shit like WIND from offering internet service. What a piece of shit data stick

@MrWizardWithin new? i signed up in toronto on janurary 2nd 2010, wind launched at the end of 2009...i didn't say people use less than 3 gigs a month either, hell i've used 22+ gigs a month, but the fact that you get 30kbs is incorrect, that's slower than dial-up...something is wrong if you only get 30kbs, call wind.

I paid for a data stick online 10 days ago. Winds email stated delivery in 2 to 5 days. Called Customer service and they were useless. emailed them I have not got my product yet and they emailed me back we will respond in 5 to 7 days. how long do I have to wait when they have my money. Don't buy from them online.
