@peacelovezemy you have to boil it to a certan temperature, then let it cool to another specific temperature, then stur untill it thickens. after that it solidifys but stays crumbly and sorta melts in your moulth. all you need is a digital cooking thermometer, and a google search to tell you the tempes i cant remember right now lol
