I have my AAS and my BA in Liberal Arts.. BUT I'm unemployed and can't get ANY job... I'm thinking of going back to get a basic CNA certification and then working in a Hospital... Hopefully when I am there a year then the Hospital would pay for my continued education to become a RN, Lab Tech or Surgical Tech..
Could you share any advice for me on this plan? Is it a good idea or not?

The Gov. and insurance co. cut back what they pay the hospital all the time. The Hospital wants to make a buck as well.
In the end the hospital cuts staff to save money. You work like a dog, the patients and familys are always pissed off about something. It is a bullshit job, RNs come and go like its a burger king. The bosses are 100% LAP DOGS for admin. Its all about the buck to these people, nothing more!
